David
A. Gagley is an
established attorney who has been practicing for over 30
years with the past 10 years focusing primarily in the
areas of estate planning,
elder law and probate. He prides himself on meeting the
needs of the public in a “down home”
professional manner. Experience has taught him that the
simplest approach is usually the
best.
His schooling
consists of graduating Juris Doctor from the University
of Gonzaga School of Law in May, 1973. He is a
member of the Washington State Bar Association and the
South King County Bar Association-Elder Law
Section. He attends Continuing Legal Education
Seminars specifically in the areas of estate planning,
elder law and probate so as to meet the ever changing
rules associated in these areas of law.
